New Fitness Workout

With Thanksgiving right around the corner don't forget to be active and burn off those extra calories. Have you heard of the new fitness workout call "Pound Drumming".

"POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. What are we up to in Class?

This cycle the 10th grade students are beginning their mental health unit. We are starting off with Stress Management.
The 11th graders are finishing up their unit on substance abuse.
My 10th grade Physical Education class is preparing for their CT fitness test.
